July 11	Ad copy for September MTN deadline.
July 15	Deadline for renewing sponsorships to have first right of refusal for targeted sponsorship.
Aug. 8	Ad copy for October MTN deadline.
Aug. 29	Last day to register for Expo and receive discounts on advertsing in the Conference Program and Township Officials Directory.

Sept. 12	Ad copy for November MTN deadline.
Sept. 15	Sponsorship applications (and logos) must be received for inclusion in the (member) Conference Registration Brochure inside the October issue of MTN.
Sept. 30	Last Day to cancel Expo registration for 50% refund. No refunds thereafter.
Oct. 1	Exhibitors may reserve housing at the Courtyard by Marriott, Sheraton Detroit Riverside Hotel, and Holiday Inn Express & Suites.
Oct. 10	Ad copy for December MTN deadline.
Oct. 24	Contract for Conference Program advertising deadline.
Nov. 7	Ad copy for Jan./Feb. MTN deadline.
Nov. 20	Ad copy for Conference Program deadline.
Dec. 8	Exhibitors may reserve housing at the host hotel, Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center.
Dec. 15	Exhibitor informtion due for inclusion in the Conference Program.
	Sponsorship applications (and logos) must be received for inclusion in the Conference Program.
	Last day to sign up to provide a door prize ($300 minimum value) to be given away during the Annual Meeting.
	Payment in full due from all sponsors.
Dec. 29	Exhibitors who have not received welcome packets should download the packet from the Web site.

2009

Jan. 5	Name tag information due. Form will be provided via e-mail and online at www.mtaexpo.org.
Jan. 27	Move-in DAY ONE for Expo, 12:30 - 4 p.m.
	Door Prizes are delivered to the MTA Headquarters (Michelangelo Room, Level 4, at the Detroit Marriott Renaissance Center.)
Jan. 28	Move-in DAY TWO for Expo, 8 - 10 a.m.
Feb. 2	Ad copy for Township Officials Directory deadline.
